The challenge for the site was to create not only an online presence but a source of information and galleries for over 200 films, a high volume news site along with photo and video galleries and last but not least a Blog. Quite a brief.
After two strong years of delivering everything from event programs to online and advertising campaigns for Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) we felt we were up for the challenge.
Customising WordPress to its enth degree and some crafty PHP development coupled with video delivery via APSA’s YouTube channel, we were able to deliver an elegant and user friendly interface for visitors to easily access a mountain of film and industry information.
The resulting design of the website delivers big beautiful imagery; clear, accessible infomation and is the sole location online to truly see the talent of the Asia Pacific film industry.
To accompany the new website we designed a client-publishable email newsletter in synergy with the site look and feel, allowing APSA to regularly keep an audience in the tens-of-thousands up to date with new site content and latest news.
