In their third year, Underbrand were commissioned to design the Awards Program. The program is not only used at the event itself but is a key marketing piece the following year.
With a strong existing design there was a requirement to create an individuality for the third year.
With a focus in Asia Pacific we looked for inspiration to add a new dimension to the brand. We found this in Florence Broadhurst, an Australian who travelled and lived throughout Asia and later in life established herself as key pattern maker. Her work is still very much sought after today.
Using elements of the logo we created an oriental style flourish pattern which features in silver foil on the cover and intermittently throughout the internal spreads as well.
The result is a 68-page brochure that has had positive response from the key partners, sponsors and award nominees.
